ITINERARY
### **Morning Activities**
07:00 AM – Pick-up at the customers’ hotel and transfer to the pier by comfortable minivan.
Then, at 07:30 AM, depart to Can Gio Mangrove Forest by luxury speedboat. During the trip, enjoy a light breakfast with Sugar Town cake, mineral water, and seasonal fruits. In addition, you will experience fresh river air and observe local life along the riverbanks.
08:45 AM – Arrive at Can Gio Mangrove Forest.
Shortly after, at 09:00 AM, board a small wooden boat and begin rowing through the quiet mangrove swamps. Here, you will observe the Reserve Bats Lagoon and learn about the typical flora of mangrove ecosystems. Moreover, your guide will explain how this area was heavily damaged during the war and how it was later restored to become a UNESCO-listed biosphere reserve.
### **Vam Sat Exploration**
09:45 AM – Arrive at the center of Vam Sat to enjoy a panoramic view of the vast mangrove forest.
Additionally, depending on the season, you may visit the wild bird conservation area (May–October).
Next, explore the crocodile farm, where Crocodylus Porosus is listed in the Red Book, and learn about crocodile hatching.
You will also join one of the most thrilling activities: **angling carnivorous crocodiles from a cruise boat**.
Afterwards, observe long-tailed monkeys, a species typical of Can Gio. You may feed them if you wish.
You will then walk along a small path through the mangroves and try crossing a suspension bridge—a fun challenge for both adults and children.
### **Lunch & Return**
11:30 AM – Enjoy lunch at Vam Sat Restaurant and relax in a coconut hut.
12:15 PM – Finish the Can Gio Mangrove Forest program and start the journey back to Saigon.
01:30 PM – Arrive in Saigon and be dropped off at your accommodation.
