Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City – Walking Street Food Tour (D)
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s dynamic southern hub filled with history, French architecture, and lively streets. Upon your arrival, your private driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel.
At 16:00, explore Ho Chi Minh City’s vibrant street food scene on a 4-hour walking tour through hidden alleys, bustling markets, and historic neighborhoods in Districts 3 and 10. Taste 12 authentic Vietnamese dishes, including bun bo Hue, grilled oysters, banh mi, chuoi nuong, and Saigon pizza. Stroll through the night Cambodian market, visit old apartments, and sip jasmine tea or kumquat juice as your local guide shares the stories behind each bite. This tour includes hotel pickup/drop-off, a friendly English-speaking guide, and all food and drinks following the itinerary. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend the day exploring Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace. You might stroll around Ben Thanh Market, visit Independence Palace or the War Remnants Museum, or sip iced coffee in a street-side café. This is your chance to dive deeper into the city’s unique mix of history, culture, and vibrant energy. In the evening, relax or explore on your own.

Day 3: Flight to Hue – Imperial Welcome (B)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your domestic flight to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam.
Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, stroll along the Perfume River, or enjoy local delicacies like bun bo Hue.

Day 4: Hue Immersion Full day tour (B-L-D)
At 8:30 AM, the tour guide will meet you at the hotel to start a full day Hue Immersion tour (08:30 – 19:00). Discover Hue’s culture with a cyclo ride through Kim Long, exploring lush gardens, Mandarin temples, and local crafts. Visit a Garden-House for a traditional meal and an herbal foot bath.
Continue by motorbike to Tam Giang Lagoon, visiting an ancient village and a fisherman’s home to learn about fishing tools. Join a boat ride, experience traditional fishing, and explore life on houseboats. End your journey at a vegetable farm with a “farm-to-table” seafood dinner featuring freshly caught fish. This immersive tour highlights Hue’s heritage, farming, and fishing practices amidst the serene beauty of its lagoon. After the tour, transfer to the hotel for an overnight.

Day 5: Scenic Journey to Hoi An via Hai Van Pass (B)
After breakfast, depart Hue and travel south along the coast via the Hai Van Pass, one of Vietnam’s most scenic drives. Along the way, stop for photo opportunities and visit highlights such as Lang Co Lagoon or Marble Mountains. Arrive in Hoi An, a beautifully preserved UNESCO-listed town, and check in to your resort. Enjoy the evening at leisure exploring lantern-lit streets or riverside cafés.

Day 6: Master Coffee & Vietnamese Brewing (B)
At 8:30 AM, the driver will pick you up at the hotel to transfer to the Coffee Class. Join the 2.5-hour Hoi An Coffee Class at Phin Lab Roastery. Explore Vietnam’s coffee culture, learning about Third Wave Coffee and the differences between Arabica and Robusta beans. Create Vietnamese coffee drinks, including cold brew and coconut egg coffee, with guidance from a coffee master. Enhance your skills in this hands-on experience. The class includes a short transfer from Hoi An’s old town and concludes with a return trip, offering a memorable dive into the art of coffee-making.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel at 11:30. The rest of the day is free to explore local tailor shops, take a cyclo ride, or relax at the resort pool.

Day 7: Cooking Class & River Boat Experience (B-L)
At 12:30, the driver will pick you up at the hotel. Immerse yourself in Hoi An’s countryside with a half-day cooking tour in Cam Thanh village. Begin at a local market to select fresh ingredients, then ride a bamboo boat to the cooking school. Relax with a head, shoulder, and foot massage before learning to prepare four Vietnamese dishes: green mango salad, wet spring rolls, pancakes, and chicken curry with steamed rice. Afterward, enjoy your creations and experience the flavors of Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax or explore Hoi An Old Town.
